Alix Villedrouin brings more than three decades in finance, operations, and business development across manufacturing, banking, and entrepreneurial ventures. As a Controller and Operations Manager at a pharmaceutical manufacturer, he helped grow the company from a small team to more than 350 people, running accounting, HR, IT, and purchasing, automating inventory across thousands of products, and helping earn the GMP, NSF, and Organic certifications that brought on national-brand customers. He later served as vice-president of an international manufacturing venture, work recognized with a regional Entrepreneur of the Year award. At Fine Edge Industries, Alix leads strategy and operations: accurate quoting, organized scheduling, financial discipline, and the systems that let a focused fabrication shop deliver on time and scale without chaos.

Ralph Placide supports Fine Edge Industries with preconstruction planning, estimating support, and design coordination for custom metal fabrication projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and brings a multidisciplinary background that blends engineering fundamentals with hands-on design experience. His work helps strengthen scope review, material takeoffs, constructability, and early project coordination, giving clients and the fabrication team a clearer path from concept to execution. Additional design experience sharpens his eye for spatial planning and practical, client-focused solutions.
